FinLaxmi is operated by Finominal AI Pvt Ltd. You can request deletion of your account or selected information without signing in, including if you only used our WhatsApp channel.

1. What to include

Send from your registered email address where possible. For Gmail data, identify the connected Gmail address if different. For WhatsApp data, include the messaging number with its country code. You can request specific statements or periods instead of all data. If you no longer control the original email or number, tell us so we can agree a proportionate alternative way to verify ownership.

Do not send passwords, PINs, one-time passwords, PAN, full card/account numbers, identity-document scans or new statement attachments. We only need enough information to locate your records and verify your request safely.

2. What happens next

1. Our compliance team confirms receipt and checks that the request comes from the person entitled to the data. No website account is required for a WhatsApp-only request.
2. We confirm the scope, any further verification needed and expected timing. We handle requests without undue delay and within applicable legal deadlines. Reply to the acknowledgement to ask for progress.
3. We remove the in-scope data held by FinLaxmi and arrange deletion with processors acting for us as applicable. We confirm completion or explain any lawful retention exception, including its reason and applicable retention period.

3. What deletion covers

• Account and all data: your FinLaxmi account/profile, statement-unlocking details, imported or uploaded documents, extracted text, ledger records, account associations, derived reports, connection credentials and identifiable discovery/processing records, plus linked WhatsApp information we can identify.
• Gmail data: the relevant Gmail connection and stored tokens, imported documents, extracted text, transactions and derived records, message/attachment identifiers and linked discovery history. We stop the related connection so it does not immediately import the information again.
• WhatsApp data: business-conversation copies, contact identifiers, session/planning answers and related records held by us or messaging processors acting for us, where retained. We also record the opt-out needed to stop further communications.

Limited records may be retained where needed for a legal obligation, security investigation or dispute. A minimal deletion-request or opt-out record may remain to honour your choice and document completion. We explain applicable exceptions rather than marking retained information as deleted. Existing backup copies may remain until their normal replacement; they are not used as ordinary product data. Where a backup is restored, the deletion must be reapplied before the data is returned to ordinary use.

You can also use Disconnect in My statements. Disconnecting Gmail is separate from deleting imported data. To stop WhatsApp messages immediately, block our business in WhatsApp. For an email opt-out request, contact developer@finlaxmi.com.

5. What this does not delete

We do not delete emails or attachments in your Gmail mailbox. We cannot delete chats on your phone or information WhatsApp/Meta, Google or another provider holds independently for its own service. Their own account controls and policies apply to those copies. Blocking our WhatsApp number or removing FinLaxmi from a provider’s settings does not by itself delete information already stored by FinLaxmi.
